About our project
A joint project between Nido de Aguilas (Santiago, Chile), Brookwood School (Manchester, MA) and The Boston Children's Museum, the "World Piece Project" endeavors to provide students with a chance to authentically design by "crowd finding" problems related to missing pieces for common board games and then creating the replacement pieces using 3D printing. An offshoot of Brookwood's 3D Design Problem Bank initiative, this project was originally piloted at the Boston Children's Museum during the week of May 21st -25th, 2018,
